Deployment & Staffing

For ongoing contracts, we aim to assign a consistent team of officers to your site so they become familiar with your environment, procedures, and team. For longer-term placements, we often designate a named Lead Officer for your account. Shift coverage and holiday relief will be provided by officers briefed on your site requirements.
Our 24/7 operations centre monitors all active deployments. If an officer is unable to attend a shift, our team is notified immediately and will dispatch a replacement officer. Shift no-shows are extremely rare at Attlaw Security Services Inc., but when they occur, we have backup procedures in place to minimise the impact to your site.
